DESCRIPTION: IICRC Odor Control Technician (OCT) Seminar\n*This class can be live streamed\, please clarify if you want to take this class in-person or online.* \nThe Odor Control Technicians course covers olfaction and odor\, odor sources\, detection process\, theory of odor control\, equipment\, chemical options\, and applications. The student will learn how to address odors caused by biological sources such as decomposition\, urine contamination and mold combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage\, and chemical sources such as fuel oils spill and volatile organic chemicals. \nJanuary 30\, 2026\nInstructor: Craig Jasper\n8:00 AM – 4:30 PM\nPre-Registration – $315 if paid by 01/14/2026\nRegistration – $365\nReceive 7 IICRC Continuing Education Credits\nThe exam fee is $80 and is due to the IICRC at the time of testing. \nIICRC Certification Tracks to Take \nCancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation\, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place\, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit. \nThe definition of a “no-call\, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class.
