DESCRIPTION: IICRC Odor Control Technician (OCT) Seminar – Hybrid\n*In Person or Live Stream* \nThe Odor Control Technicians course covers olfaction and odor\, odor sources\, detection process\, theory of odor control\, equipment\, chemical options\, and applications. The student will learn how to address odors caused by biological sources such as decomposition\, urine contamination and mold combustion sources such as fire and smoke damage\, and chemical sources such as fuel oils spill and volatile organic chemicals. \nOctober 23\, 2026\nInstructor: Craig Jasper\n8:00 AM – 4:30 PM\nPre-Registration – $205 if paid by 10/07/2026\nRegistration – $255\nReceive 7 IICRC Continuing Education Credits\nThe exam fee is $80 and is due to the IICRC at the time of testing. \n*Limited to 20 students in-person* \nCancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation\, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place\, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit. \nThe definition of a “no-call\, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class.
