DESCRIPTION:IICRC Stone\, Masonry and Tile Cleaning (SMT) Seminar\n8am-4:30pm Daily – CANCELLED\nThe Stone\, Masonry and Tile Care technician course provides precise information for the proper maintenance and cleaning of natural and man-made (cultured) stone\, ceramic tile\, masonry\, and grout surfaces. Students will learn the theory behind and reasons for proper tools\, chemicals\, and equipment. Emphasis will be places on protecting surfaces\, technicians and building occupants. Students completing the course will be adamantly equipped to perform maintenance-related tasks involving stone\, masonry\, and ceramic tile surfaces. (2-day course: 14 hours\, not including exam time\, lunch\, and breaks.) \nFebruary 11  & 12\, 2026 – CANCELLED\nInstructor: Bob Merkt\nPre-Registration – $349 if paid by 01/28/2026\nRegistration – $379\nReceive 14 IICRC Continuing Education Credits\nThe exam fee is $80.00 and is a separate charge made to the IICRC. \nIICRC Certification Tracks to Take \nCancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation\, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place\, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit. \nThe definition of a “no-call\, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class.
