Healthy Buildings, Happy Plants

“Mold is a persistent enemy of cultivation yields and profits.” – ICP Group

Fiberlock Technologies & Benefect have developed a 3-step process to properly Clean, Kill, and Coat mold in indoor growing facilities. Mold growth is avoidable with the proper environment, cleaning procedures, and products.

  • Step 1: Clean
  • Step 2: Kill
  • Step 3: Coat

What can this do for your facility?

  • Prevent risk of crop diseases and financial loss.
  • Save money with less frequent cleanings.
  • Improve reflectivity to help enhance the growth of your plants by redirecting more light.

“While there are many unique challenges facing every indoor growing facility, a recent Cannabis Business Times survey reported that 49% of large growers agree that integrity of their facility/growth environment was the primary concern facing their operation and affecting their yields.” – ICP Group

“Regular use of EPA registered antimicrobial products prevent microbial growth on operation surfaces such as walls, ceilings, floors, and working surfaces. This will reduce the potential for colonization and microbial contamination.” – ICP Group

Step 3: Coat

“These preventative coatings are sustainable, reflective, odor suppressing, and mold resistant. They are available for structural and HVAC surfaces where ordinary paints would be hospitable for mold growth.” – ICP Group

Fiberlock Aftershock Fungicidal Coating

The first fungicidal coating registered with the EPA that provides mold prevention performance valuable to modern greenhouse and indoor growing types. Aftershock kills 99% of residual mold at the time of application.

Fiberlock IAQ 6000 Mold Resistance Coating

IAQ 6000 is an ultra low VOC, and mostly odorless eggshell finish containing a fungistatic agent to resist mold growth on the dry coating surface. IAQ 6000 is preferred by growers and regularly used on walls & ceilings to stop mold before it starts.

Fiberlock IAQ 8000 HVAC Insulation Sealer – White

Trusted for use in duct work, IAQ 8000 bridges and reinforces duct liner or duct board insulation materials and seals unlined duct work prior to component removal, preventing fiberglass and inanimate particulates from becoming airborne. IAQ 8000 forms a durable, flexible, moisture-resistant protective coating with a semi-gloss finish. *Resistant to mold growth on the dry coating surface ONLY.*

Recon Ultra Smoke Odor Sealer – White

Recon Ultra is a premium solvent free smoke odor sealant and stain blocker designed to eliminate malodors on multiple surfaces and block staining. Ideal for structural, finished, and decorative surfaces. Recon Ultra will continue to block odors even with seasonal changes in temperature and humidity.
