Soil Resistant Carpet Treatments

With Spring in session and Summer on the way, soil, oils, stains, and odors will make their way into your carpets, rugs, furniture, and other fabrics. Soil Resistance Treatments clean and protect fibers by repelling oils, water, stains and more. Use these specialty carpet treatments to keep your home or office cleaner, for longer periods of time.

Encapsulation formulas are balanced between cleaning performance and soil resistance. Encapsulation solutions serve two purposes, the detergent ingredient in encapsulants help separate soils from the carpet and the polymer coats the carpet fibers providing a degree of soil resistance. This isolates the soil from the fibers for vacuuming. A good encapsulant has a balance between cleaning and soil resistance in a concentrated form.

With encapsulation you can move faster, covering 2,500 to 3,000 square feet per hour. When you have less expensive equipment and fewer labor hours, you can afford to bid at a lower price.
