IICRC Fire Restoration (FSRT)

The Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician course concentrates on technical procedures for successfully completing the restoration of fire and smoke-damaged environments. Students will learn how to combine technical procedures with a practical approach to managing the job site and how that relates to pricing the job.
(2-day course; 14 hours, not including exam time, lunch, and breaks.)

Test fee $80 paid at the time of testing to the IICRC.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit.

The definition of a “no-call, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class. There are no transfers or refunds for no-call, no-shows.

If a student registered for class can no longer attend class and you want to send someone in their place, a 3-day notice is required. If the new student can no longer attend, this is considered a no-call, no-show.
