Important IICRC Registration Information

The IICRC now requires all students to complete their registration online before class. This applies whether you are:

  • Taking the certification exam, or
  • Attending the class for Continuing Education Credits (CECs).

Payment Information

  • If you are paying for your exam by credit card, your payment must be completed online during registration.
  • If you prefer to pay by cash or check, you may still pay in class, but you must complete the online registration before arriving.

The Health and Safety Technician class covers occupational health and safety. This certification demonstrates competency in cleaning, maintenance, and restoration industries concerning the Global Harmonized System (GHS). Students will be introduced to engineering and administrative controls, work practices, and personal protective equipment used in each industry.

Learn the importance of hazard and risk assessments and implementing controls on the identified hazards. Hazard controls are emphasized so that eliminating, reducing, and controlling hazards will become the focus of health and safety. To complete your master status with the IICRC you must complete this course.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit.

The definition of a “no-call, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class. There are no transfers or refunds for no-call, no-shows.

If a student registered for class can no longer attend class and you want to send someone in their place, a 3-day notice is required. If the new student can no longer attend, this is considered a no-call, no-show.
