IICRC Stone, Masonry and Tile Cleaning (SMT) Seminar
8am-4:30pm Daily

The Stone, Masonry and Tile Care technician course provides precise information for the proper maintenance and cleaning of natural and man-made (cultured) stone, ceramic tile, masonry, and grout surfaces. Students will learn the theory behind and reasons for proper tools, chemicals, and equipment. Emphasis will be places on protecting surfaces, technicians and building occupants. Students completing the course will be adamantly equipped to perform maintenance-related tasks involving stone, masonry, and ceramic tile surfaces. (2-day course: 14 hours, not including exam time, lunch, and breaks.)

The exam fee is $80.00 and is a separate charge made to the IICRC.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation, a 14-day notice is required. Students that cancel 14-days prior to class have the option for someone to come in their place, transfer to another class (in the same calendar year) of equal or lesser value or receive a 50% credit.

The definition of a “no-call, no-show” is someone who does not communicate their absence within 2 hours of class. There are no transfers or refunds for no-call, no-shows.

If a student registered for class can no longer attend class and you want to send someone in their place, a 3-day notice is required. If the new student can no longer attend, this is considered a no-call, no-show.
