It is inevitable that the structure of our annual event will change due to the current state of the Coronavirus pandemic. This year we will be holding a 3-day event, separating pick-up days based on your order number. (EX: Wednesday, August 12, 2020 orders 1 – 49 pick up, Thursday, August 13, 2020 orders 50 -99 pick-up, Friday, August 14, 2020 orders 100 + pick up) We will not be holding our annual Saturday party with prizes, food, games, music and so much more.
You must pick up your order on a pre-determined day given to you when your order is placed. Customers who do not pick up their order on their given day, will not receive discounts. If you cannot pick up your order, we can ship it. We are doing this to help keep the interactions to a minimum. We understand this may not be convenient, however during the pandemic we need to do our part to stay safe.

Minnesota’s Twin Cities area has been impacted by the Coronavirus and the riots and Barker-Hammer Assoc, Inc. would like to help do our part to support our local community with a Charity Raffle. (At this time we are still deciding what charity to support, suggestions are appreciated) Buy a raffle ticket for $3 or 4 for $10 and you could WIN a YETI-COOLER! Please join us in this effort and Barker-Hammer Assoc, will match all proceeds donated.
Virtual Swap Meet:
Annually during our customer Appreciation Day event we hold a Swap Meet. Per the Coronavirus social distancing policies, we will not be holding the swap meet event as usual. If you would like to participate in the Swap Meet please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org a list of the items you would like to sell and they will be posted on the website. All classified ads are FREE for the month of August. All purchases and interactions are up to the seller. We ask that no one bring their equipment to our location to help avoid the spread of COVID-19.
Customers outside a 100-mile radius from our Edina location receive half-off shipping on solution orders over $500 (drums not included). Shipping is strongly encouraged to avoid face to face contact customers who place an order and are within 100-mile radius will pay full shipping, no minimum amount order discount.
We will be offering prize drawings they will not be a in house group event. We will have separate drawing for customers who place an order and customer who attend online classes and event. We will draw winners at the beginning of the day To participate in the drawings, customers must place an order for shipping or pick-up.
We will be offering classes, drawings, a section on Coronavirus and Disinfectants and a Q and A. Stay tuned for schedule and vendor participation. All events during Customer Appreciation Day have been designed with social distancing in mind by separating groups, offering limited outside demos and vendor contact. Keep in mind Edina has a mask policy.
Per the COVID-19 Social Distancing Policy We ask All Participants…

- Do not come to the event if you do not feel well.
- Keep in mind to try not to touch surfaces.
Barker-Hammer Assoc. will supply, hand sanitizer and disinfectant at the front desk and in the classroom.

We understand this may not be convenient however during the Pandemic we need to do our part to keep the cleaning community safe. Any of our laid-out guidelines and plans can change at any time per Governor Tim Walz the CDC (Center for Disease and Control) and the W.H.O. (World Health Organization) policies. We will keep you posted on any major event changes.
